I need a few details before anything else happens — your allergies, your emergency contact, and how to reach you. It takes about four minutes. Once you have submitted it, you will receive Interac e-Transfer instructions to send your $200 deposit and hold your place.

Your deposit holds your place. If the balance has not arrived by October 9, the place is released to another Sister and the deposit is not returned.

I understand that all deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, and that my $200 deposit secures my spot once received by Nature’s Harmony Ecolodge.

Photo & social media consent

I consent to photos being taken during the retreat for use by Rollie Allaire and Nature’s Harmony Ecolodge on their websites and social media. I understand I can opt out at any time during the retreat itself.

Section 6: What to Know Before You Register

Please read and acknowledge each of the following so you arrive prepared for what this retreat is — and isn’t

I understand that accommodations at Nature’s Harmony Ecolodge are shared, and I am comfortable sharing space with other retreat sisters.

I understand this is a substance-free retreat. No alcohol, recreational drugs, or cannabis are permitted on the property during our gathering.

I understand that all meals are provided and prepared on-site. No outside food is permitted on the property, to protect sisters with food allergies and sensitivities.

I understand that meals at this retreat are prepared and shared as community. I commit to participating in light meal preparation and clean-up alongside my sisters as part of our shared experience.

I understand that Nature’s Harmony Ecolodge is off-grid with limited or no cellular service and no internet access. I am prepared to be unreachable for the duration of the retreat and will inform anyone who may need to reach me ahead of time.

I understand that Lizzie, Rollie’s hypoallergenic goldendoodle, will be present in our retreat spaces, and that Nature’s Harmony Ecolodge also has a resident dog who lives on the property but does not enter our retreat spaces.

I understand the retreat begins Friday at 4:00 PM and ends Sunday at 4:00 PM. I commit to arriving on time and staying for the full duration.

I understand that I am responsible for my own transportation to and from Nature’s Harmony Ecolodge in Mattawa, Ontario. Detailed directions will be sent in my pre-retreat email.

I understand I will receive a pre-retreat email with a packing list and prep guidance, and I commit to reading it before arrival.

I understand that I participate in all retreat activities — including ceremony, sound healing, breathwork, expressive arts, and time in nature — at my own risk. I will inform Rollie and the facilitators of any health considerations that may affect my participation in any activity.

I am responsible for bringing all my own medications and personal care items. Nature’s Harmony Ecolodge is remote and not near a pharmacy.

I understand that what is shared in our circle stays in our circle. I commit to honouring the confidentiality and trust of every sister who gathers with us.

I understand that if I am unable to attend after registering, my deposit and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

I understand that phones and devices are to remain off or away during ceremonies, sessions, and shared meals. Phones may be used in personal accommodation time only
